Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number if provided, message and service preferences you share. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and understand what help you are looking for.

Inquiry context

Inquiries may include the landing page, submission page, referring website domain and campaign tags associated with the link you followed. We use this context to understand which outreach generates inquiries. We do not intentionally capture unrelated URL parameters or full referring URLs.

Hosting and HubSpot

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Inquiries are transmitted to and stored in COHARY’s HubSpot CRM. These service providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices; processing may take place outside your country. The hosting platform also records website traffic metrics.

Browser storage and tracking

The site uses session storage in your browser to remember Journey and DEPTH choices and inquiry-source information during your visit. This information may be included when you submit an inquiry. This site does not add advertising cookies or a HubSpot browsing-history tracking script.

Communications

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in the message box.
